# Will Center and Energy Management / Волевой центр и управление энергией

**Will Center and Energy Management** names the body-field location where returned force becomes action.

In the process, strength was pulled back from old contracts and directed into the belly / navel / solar plexus field: the place of will, action, taking one's own, receiving one's own and moving toward goals.

## Functions

- action;
- authority;
- focus;
- capacity to start;
- capacity to receive;
- money and project realization;
- “I can take my place in matter.”

## Practice

1. Ground through Earth.
2. Let cosmic flow move down through the crown.
3. Pull back force from old contracts, backs, timelines, spaces and false promises.
4. Let the force enter the will center.
5. Ask the body to increase capacity.
6. Support with water, salt, food, rest or movement.

## Questions

- Where did I leave my force?
- What part of my will is ready to return?
- What action becomes available when my force comes home?
