# Point of View Deconstruction

**Point of View Deconstruction** is a Cosmos Luminosity tool for separating a person's direct knowing from inherited viewpoints, social games, beliefs, conclusions and external definitions.

When a person wants to choose or create something, they often unconsciously orient toward what “someone says” about it.

These external structures may come from:

- advertising;
- social standards;
- femininity / masculinity narratives;
- beauty ideals;
- cultural games;
- spiritual beliefs;
- health beliefs;
- family opinions;
- tribe / group identity;
- internet discourse;
- old conclusions;
- other people's definitions of what is correct.

The tool helps ask:

> What do I know about this beyond all structures of thought that others built around it?

## Example: clothing in hot climate

A person arrives in a hot sunny climate.

The body needs protection from the sun. The person does not like using too much SPF cream and wants to minimize it.

A direct body-based solution may be:

- cap / hat with face protection;
- long sleeves;
- long skirt;
- covering the body from sun;
- SPF only on small open areas;
- clothes chosen for comfort, protection and body support.

But many external viewpoints may appear:

### Viewpoint 1 — beach / tan / beauty game

“If you came to the sea, you should expose more body, tan, become chocolate-colored, look beautiful, feminine, relaxed, vacation-like.”

This viewpoint may come from advertising, beauty standards, travel imagery and social ideas of desirability.

### Viewpoint 2 — covered body / cultural game

“If the body and face are covered in heat, it means something else: modesty, restriction, religious/cultural associations, hiding, not matching the beach image.”

This connects to another game with its own meanings and conclusions.

## Cosmos Luminosity move

The task is to step out of both games.

Not to choose because one structure says “show the body.”
Not to choose because another structure says “cover the body.”

To ask:

- What does my body know?
- What will help my body feel better in these conditions?
- What supports my comfort, energy and path?
- What matches my inner world?
- What matches my soul tasks and the scale of what I came to carry?
- What helps me live fully, brightly, actively and expansively?

## Direct knowing

Direct knowing is not a viewpoint copied from outside.

It is knowledge accessed through:

- body sensation;
- comfort;
- inner fit;
- energetic yes / no;
- life task;
- present conditions;
- practical reality;
- personal rhythm;
- soul-scale alignment.

## Practice

1. Name the object / choice.
2. List the obvious viewpoints around it.
3. Notice which game each viewpoint belongs to.
4. Ask the body: what would make you more comfortable here?
5. Ask the field: what supports my path now?
6. Ask the soul-scale question: does this match the version of me I am embodying?
7. Choose from direct knowing, not from borrowed conclusions.

## Hacking Statement

> I release the need to choose through other people's conclusions.
> I ask my body, my field and my inner knowing what supports my life now.
