# Path, Purpose and Subtle Allies / Путь, предназначение и тонкий план как снаряжение

A path may still go through mountains. Allies do not flatten the mountains; they give equipment.

## Equipment metaphor

- boots with spikes;
- ropes;
- backpack;
- tent;
- map;
- weather awareness;
- companions.

## Principle

Abilities and allies make the path more navigable, not less real. They help the person see where to go around, where to endure, where to rest and where to move quickly.

## Questions

- Where am I walking barefoot on terrain that requires equipment?
- What ability is part of my missing equipment?
- What ally or support can I recognize now?
