# Financial Capacity Through Ownership / Финансовая ёмкость через владение

**Financial Capacity Through Ownership** separates receiving money from owning money.

A person may receive more and still never have more if the body, psyche and field cannot withstand the fact: **I have money. It is mine. It can remain. It can grow.**

## Core principles

- To receive is one skill; to keep, hold and own is another.
- Capacity grows through the body tolerating money that stays.
- Money does not always have to become an urgent expense.
- Anxiety around stored money often reveals ancestral, social or survival codes: “they will take it,” “it is unsafe,” “the bank will collapse,” “I must spend before I lose it.”
- Ownership is a financial maturity field: I can have resource without destroying it through panic, guilt or rescue.

## Practice

1. Look at the money that is already present.
2. Notice at which amount anxiety begins.
3. Ask what the body does when money appears: hold, hide, spend, give away, freeze, panic, expand?
4. Increase the amount that can simply be held by one sustainable step.
5. Use [[self-honoring-capital-account|Self-Honoring Capital Account]] as the physical container.

## Questions

- How much money can I calmly have?
- What amount makes my nervous system look for a way to get rid of it?
- Where do I confuse money with danger?
- What would help my body recognize ownership as safe?
- What new identity becomes available when money can stay with me?
