# False Stability Contracts / Ложные контракты стабильности

**False Stability Contracts** are agreements where a person gives away energy in exchange for a promise that something else will handle life: discipline, money, protection, success, specialness or ease.

The promise may sound seductive: “it will be easy,” “you will not need to manage your energy,” “money will come by itself,” “we will protect you,” “you are chosen.”

## Cost

- procrastination;
- inability to start;
- loss of will;
- dependence on external structures;
- fear of real discipline;
- leaking power into old realities.

## Practice questions

- Where did I trade my force for a promise?
- What was I promised?
- What am I still paying with?
- What becomes possible when I take back the management of my energy?
