# Body as Oracle / Тело как оракул интеграции

**Body as Oracle** is the practice of treating the body as an intelligent participant in energetic, psychological and symbolic processes.

After strong processes, the body may know exactly what is needed for integration before the mind understands it.

## What to ask

- Body, what do you want now?
- In what quantity?
- Water, salt, sweetness, fat, warmth, sleep, movement, bath, shower, silence, touch, drawing?
- What will expand my capacity to receive this energy safely?
- What should be done now, and what should wait until tomorrow?

## Common body supports

- water;
- salt bath / salt shower / salt scrub;
- sweet food;
- salty food;
- tea;
- lying down;
- sleep;
- gentle movement;
- painting / drawing / cutting paper;
- simple sensory pleasure;
- reduced stimulation.

## Principle of exact quantity

The question is not only “what do I want?” but:

> What exactly does my body want, and how much?

This keeps support embodied instead of symbolic-only.

## Cosmos Luminosity lens

The body is the integration interface of the field.

A process may happen in consciousness, language or energy, but it becomes real when the body has capacity for it. The body may ask for salt, sugar, water or rest as a way to build energetic container.

## Hacking Statements

> My body knows how to integrate more than my mind can track.

> I can ask my body for exact support, quantity and timing.

> My energetic capacity can expand through simple embodied care.
