# Katya Ro Universe — Product, Money and Your People

## Source scope

Course chapter: Week 4, Chapter 4, «Продукт, деньги и ваши люди». The chapter frames product clarity as prior to traffic and sales, then assigns six homework blocks:

1. word cloud;
2. desired people and shared interests;
3. product line;
4. introduction post;
5. sales post;
6. traffic and money.

## Source-only sequence

### Word cloud

Collect without filtering:

- what comes easily and is often dismissed as ordinary;
- qualities and strengths named by friends/clients through mini-interviews;
- what currently brings both pleasure and money;
- five ways to expand what already exists;
- what the creator stands for and wants to change in society.

Then select what reveals the creator most fully.

### Desired people

Describe one actual kind of person the creator genuinely wants to spend time with, then identify at least five authentic shared interests. These interests are a cross-funnel content source alongside expertise and problem-solving content.

### Product line

The source proposes four levels:

- short free or low-cost entry;
- one-off consultation;
- comprehensive premium product;
- monthly small experimental flash product.

Treat these as functions, not mandatory CL formats. Cosmos Luminosity may require a self-guided equivalent instead of consultation because its approved delivery architecture is founder-free before LumoSide and broadcast-only within LumoSide.

For every product state: contents, audience and price. Sell at least one before investing heavily in recording/building the full program.

### Packaging and posts

Packaging includes clear identity/experience, what the subscriber receives, contact, and CTA. A pinned introduction post should state the problem, show that a route exists, identify the creator, explain what the channel contains, and lead to a guide/form/product. The next content should include steps, evidence/case, and a direct sales post with offer, price and purchase path.

### Traffic and money

The source recommends testing repeatable Reels formats, personal recommendations from at least 20 relevant people, live collaborations, and a revenue calculation. Its sample conversion ratios are illustrative only and must never be used as a Cosmos Luminosity forecast without first-party data.

## Cosmos Luminosity adaptation protocol

Maintain one cumulative working document and process the assignment stage by stage. For every stage, keep three evidence layers visibly separate:

1. **Katya Ro source:** direct instruction or claim from the chapter.
2. **Confirmed Cosmos Luminosity context:** approved positioning, products, delivery boundaries, existing assets and factual sales data.
3. **Adaptation:** proposed interpretation, product move, copy or experiment that still needs approval or behavioural validation.

After each stage:

- present the concrete artifact, not merely a summary;
- label assumptions and missing evidence;
- obtain Margarita’s correction/approval before downstream copy or implementation;
- do not silently publish site changes.

## Anti-fabrication rules

- Do not invent mini-interview feedback, testimonials, client outcomes or external perceptions of Margarita.
- Agent observations may form a clearly labelled working hypothesis, never a substitute for primary feedback.
- Do not infer current revenue from the existence of a product. Use a ledger with product, price, paid count, revenue, acquisition source and repeat purchase.
- Do not treat the creator’s interests as market demand.
- Do not transfer the source’s sample conversion assumptions into a CL financial forecast.
- Do not force the four source product formats onto CL when an approved delivery constraint conflicts; preserve the job of the level and design a compliant equivalent.

## Stage-one acceptance criteria

A valid word-cloud pass contains:

- a broad unfiltered inventory;
- a shorter thematic cloud;
- a proposed distinctive combination rather than a claim that every element is unique;
- a preliminary «what Margarita is about as a person» statement;
- explicit gaps for real mini-interviews and factual revenue;
- a concise strategic core that remains labelled as a hypothesis until supported by completion, action and payment evidence.
