# Katya Ro product-homework workflow for Cosmos Luminosity

## Source frame

The Week 4, Chapter 4 workbook uses this sequence:

1. Why social media?
2. What product is being sold?
3. Word cloud: natural strengths, mini-interviews, current pleasure and revenue, five expansions, desired impact.
4. Desired people and at least five shared interests.
5. Product line: short/free-or-low-cost, consultation or equivalent, substantial/high-price, monthly flash experiment.
6. Introductory post.
7. Sales post.
8. Traffic and money: repeatable Reels format, personal recommendations, live conversations, and a calculation based on actual audience/prices.

## How to run the exercise with Margarita

- Work **one prompt at a time**. Do not dump the whole workbook or jump ahead to a polished strategy.
- Let Margarita answer in multiple voice/text messages. During collection, acknowledge and preserve the material without interpreting it.
- Wait for the explicit word **«конец»** before synthesizing that prompt.
- After «конец», produce a faithful cleaned formulation, show it, and save it to the cumulative document. Then offer only the next prompt.
- Separate three layers in the saved artifact:
  1. what Katya Ro directly instructs;
  2. Margarita’s own answer;
  3. agent synthesis/adaptation, clearly labelled and never substituted for her answer.
- Unknowns remain unknown. Do not invent mini-interview answers, testimonials, current revenue, conversion rates, price acceptance, or purchase demand.
- Use actual sales by product, price, source, period and repeat purchase for money analysis. Workbook examples are not forecasts.

## Product-provenance guardrail

Before asking Margarita to describe a product, verify that the product actually exists and that its name/function came from her—not from an earlier agent synthesis.

For each candidate, record:

| Field | Question |
|---|---|
| Origin | Was this created by Margarita, observed in customer behaviour, or proposed by an agent? |
| Original meaning | What did the name and experience mean before strategy work? |
| Delivery reality | Is it live, physical, digital, self-guided, broadcast, or only conceptual? |
| Evidence | Has anyone used, bought, completed, saved, repeated or recommended it? |
| Status | Existing / approved concept / hypothesis / retired |

A strategic document does not make a hypothetical offer real. Never ask the user to elaborate an agent-invented product as if she had already chosen it.

### Cosmos-specific correction captured from practice

`Gateway` originally referred to Margarita’s live head-touch/head-massage experience introduced at a women’s gathering. Do not silently transfer that name to a digital transition course, lab or report. If a digital transition offer is explored, give it a separate working name unless Margarita explicitly decides otherwise.

## Competitor-to-concept sequence

When the product is genuinely unknown:

1. acknowledge that it is unchosen;
2. audit current direct and adjacent offers using live product pages;
3. distinguish offer existence from demand, sales or willingness to pay;
4. map repeated conventions (course, workbook, quiz, coaching, community, retreat);
5. identify whitespace in mechanism and outcome—not merely more dramatic naming;
6. generate 3–4 materially different concepts;
7. for each concept show user experience, output, payment reason, differentiation, build complexity and cheapest behavioural test;
8. ask Margarita to choose or combine before updating canonical product documents or the website.

A “unique and spectacular” concept still needs a bounded customer job, a concrete artifact or changed state, and a low-cost transaction test before full production.
