## Mini self-presentation direction

User liked a short, bold self-presentation style: immediate hook, clear audience, magnetic identity line. She asked for something like “я спасла хороших девочек, которые стали плохими”, but adapted to her field.

Strong lines developed:

- “Я помогаю женщинам, которые слишком много чувствуют, перестать считать это проблемой — и вспомнить, что их глубина всегда была силой.”
- “Если ты всё понимаешь, но всё ещё не выбираешь себя; чувствуешь больше, чем можешь объяснить; выросла из старой жизни, но пока не вошла в новую — тебе ко мне.”
- “Я работаю с тем местом внутри, где теряются желания, сила и движение.”
- “И помогаю вернуться в состояние, из которого жизнь снова начинает собираться вокруг тебя.”

Important editing lesson: when she asks for “цепко / бомба / мощнее”, prioritize one charged first line over a full explanation of all modalities.

## Matrix / energy-system research synthesis lesson

User pushed back on an answer about professions for 11 energy: “будто к этому дал все профессии, которые существуют.”

For future esoteric-professional mapping:

- rank and narrow instead of broad lists;
- identify the energetic mechanism first;
- give a top 5–7, then explain why;
- separate “core matches” from “possible but secondary”;
- avoid naming every adjacent profession.

For 11 energy, the refined core was:

1. entrepreneur / founder;
2. leader / team lead;
3. trainer / mentor / coach;
4. speaker / blogger / public expert;
5. sport, body, somatic/energy practices;
6. crisis roles where appropriate;
7. sales / influence / negotiations.

Core diagnostic: 11 needs force, movement, influence, body, charisma, responsibility, leadership, challenge, visibility. Quiet subordinate monotony drains it.
