# Cinnamon Discipline AudioBoost pattern

Use when Margarita develops AudioBoosts inspired by perfume/material chapters, especially **«Охотник за ароматами» chapter 12 about cinnamon**.

## Class of task

Margarita may ask to create an AudioBoost library/card/script where a perfume/material chapter becomes a Cosmos Luminosity state journey. Treat this as an **AudioBoost product architecture** task, not only copywriting.

## Working example: Cinnamon Discipline AudioBoost

Core idea: chapter about cinnamon → aromatic/trance journey → cinnamon craft/perfumery → psychological/energetic process → discipline as warm precision → Hacking Statement process.

## Cinnamon-specific sequence

2. **Journey into cinnamon place**
   - Enter the landscape where cinnamon grows: warm humid air, tropical ground, trees, leaves, bark, hands, time.
   - The chapter becomes a living space, not a summary.
   - For long drafts, prefer putting the full script on a temporary web page/link rather than sending many chat chunks.

3. **Perfumery essence and source fidelity**
   - Before drafting or finalizing, verify the book/chapter notes and make sure the AudioBoost carries the important perfumery messages rather than using cinnamon as a generic symbol.

   - Do not force “ворота” everywhere; use it for access, transition, state-entry, product-portal, and body/head point imagery.

## Session writing lessons / Margarita corrections

Use these as durable style rules for this AudioBoost and similar aroma/material AudioBoosts:

- **Write as a guided audio journey, not an essay.** Address the listener directly: “а теперь самое время подойти ближе…”, “посмотри…”, “почувствуй…”, “задержись…”, “вдохни…”. Some soft “можно” phrases are beautiful and can stay, especially for trance permission.
- **Avoid over-listing.** Margarita liked lists when they land poetically and rhythmically (e.g. “специи, смолы, древесину, дым, сладость и огонь”), but disliked mechanical stacking every few sentences. Turn routine lists into richer images and flowing sentences.
- **Let discipline emerge from cinnamon/perfumery.** Start with cinnamon, Sri Lanka, bark craft, distillation, perfumery. Then reveal discipline as a discovery that grows from the material.
- **Use “ворота” instead of “дверь”** when a gateway metaphor appears; Cosmos Luminosity has a product named **Cosmos Luminosity Gateways**.
- **Use “нужно” very rarely.** It can carry a needy/obligation tone. Prefer “требуется”, “просится”, “готово”, “созрело”, “подходит”.
- **Body language:** the body feels, senses, perceives, recognizes, integrates, responds. Avoid “тело понимает”.
- **Nature is alive, not mathematical.** Avoid “точная природа / собранная природа”; save precision for hands, craft, timing, dosage, formula, perfumery.
- **Clarify referents.** Avoid vague “слой”, “материал”, “побеги”, “ветви” if the listener may wonder whose/which. Specify “внутренний ароматный слой коры”, “молодые побеги коричного дерева”, “живой материал желания/проекта/тела/отношений”.
- **When tempted by an AI-ish contrast/negative formula**, ask Margarita first if it is truly necessary/beautiful; default to a positive direct construction.
- **Client sensation layer matters.** For cinnamon, include warmth of celebration: доброта, игривость, уютный праздник, рождественские гуляния, осенние посиделки, тёплый дом. Translate this into discipline as a warm rhythm that one wants to return to.

Avoid:

- reducing the boost to “meditation” or ordinary hypnosis;
