# AudioBoost trance-language standard

Use this reference when drafting or auditing any Cosmos Luminosity AudioBoost for trance, hypnotic, Ericksonian, or NLP-like language.

## Core stance

Use **transparent permissive guidance**:

- disclose the theme and type of practice;
- preserve the listener's right to change, skip, keep eyes open, move, or stop;
- use trance language to support attention, imagery, meaning, body recognition, and future rehearsal;
- never claim covert control, guaranteed unconscious programming, inevitable results, or treatment;
- keep the script a continuous journey rather than a display of techniques.
- keep the author perceptibly present as a companion throughout the journey without literally saying “I am your guide”; vary Russian devices instead of relying only on repeated `мы` formulas.

## Preferred architecture

1. Transparent frame and safe-listening note.
2. Verifiable orientation: support, sounds, position, temperature, natural breathing.
3. Gentle leading: one optional shift at a time.
4. Multimodal sensory scene with alternatives for non-visual imagers.
5. Symbolic journey before explicit transformation.
6. Gradual bridge from material/metaphor into the AudioBoost function.
7. Questions / Hacking Process / Lumos activation.
8. Future rehearsal linked to one realistic next action.
9. Integration: keep what is useful, leave the rest.
10. Full reorientation: room, support, movement, eyes, pause before activity.

## Author-as-companion continuity (criterion 16)

Every AudioBoost should feel as if Margarita remains beside the listener and travels through the process with them. Do not state the role literally (`я проводник`, `я веду тебя`). Create it through varied language:

- shared space (`вокруг нас раскрывается…`);
- shared route (`наш путь приводит…`, `мы подходим…`, `мы возвращаемся…`);
- occasional personal invitation (`я приглашаю тебя…`);
- spatial and temporal orientation at transitions;
- the voice as path, atmosphere, rhythm, or holding thread;
- shared review of what has been traversed;
- a return that brings author and listener out together.

Do not repeat `а теперь мы…` or any single formula mechanically. Alternate first-person author presence, shared `мы`, direct listener address, route imagery, sensory voice presence, pauses, approach, stopping, turning, and return. Audit the middle and Hacking Process especially: they must not become a detached lecture or autonomous protocol.

## Preferred patterns

- permissive markers: `можно`, `возможно`, `если сейчас подходит`, `настолько, насколько комфортно`, `в своём ритме`;
- sensory pacing then optional leading;
- real alternatives, including not proceeding;
- `одна часть… другая часть…` only as a metaphor for parallel attention;
- `а пока…` without claims that the unconscious is secretly reprogramming;
- useful uncertainty: a personal image/sense may emerge or remain unnamed;
- `как если бы` as explicitly imaginative rehearsal;
- future pacing connected to an actual next step;
- metaphor with open meaning;
- pauses, rhythm, and counting as structure, not proof of trance depth;
- ratify only observed/conditional experience: `если дыхание изменилось…`;
- questions as co-authorship.

## Adapt carefully

- yes-set: only verifiable observations, never covert consent;
- presuppositions: conditional (`если ощущение появится`), never guaranteed outcomes;
- anchors: voluntary reminders, no promise of instant state recall;
- observer perspective/dissociation: neutral or resourceful content only in mass audio;
- intensity: `немного яснее, если приятно`, not automatic threefold escalation;
- delayed meaning: possibility, not promised change later;
- embedded commands: do not hide them; use transparent direct invitations.

## Exclude from mass AudioBoosts

- covert commands or subliminal influence;
- false choices with no opt-out;
- confusion intended to weaken critical control;
- amnesia suggestions;
- searching for the first cause, repressed memory, or earliest trauma;
- claiming the first image is true/accurate;
- interpreting ideomotor movement as unconscious consent;
- guaranteed, inevitable, or medical results;
- dependency suggestions involving author, voice, brand, or product;
- hidden commercial/political/sexual/worldview messages;
- instructions to ignore pain, danger, panic, or disorientation;
- claims that the recording rewires the brain regardless of consent.

## Safety minimum

Each deep recording should state that it is for a safe setting, not driving/machinery/water/risk; eyes may stay open; movement and stopping are allowed. Provide a distress exit: open eyes, look around, name objects, feel support, move, stop playback. End with full reorientation.

Images arising in trance are current imaginative experiences, not proof of historical memories.

## Scientific honesty

Better-supported principles: focused attention, absorption, suggestion, expectations/context, mental imagery, individual variability. Ericksonian indirectness is clinically traditional and stylistically useful, but indirect suggestions are not universally superior. NLP claims about eye movements, rigid representational systems, yes-sets disabling critical thought, covert embedded commands, presuppositional programming, and universal instant anchors lack adequate support.
