# AudioBoost style corrections from live editing

Use for Cosmos Luminosity AudioBoost scripts, especially perfume/material journeys such as Cinnamon Discipline.

## Core lesson

Margarita wants an AudioBoost to feel like a **continuous guided immersion**, not a string of poetic fragments or a stack of sensory lists. The voice should lead the listener through a space and material process, while preserving richness, precision, and body contact.

## Flow and address

- Address the listener directly and guide them through the scene:
  - “А теперь самое время подойти ближе…”
  - “Посмотри…”
  - “Почувствуй…”
  - “Задержись…”
  - “Вдохни…”
- Use “можно” when it sounds naturally permissive and beautiful, especially for trance permission:
  - “Можно позволить этому слову медленно стать воротами.”
- Avoid making every sentence a short fragment. The script should breathe in longer, immersive Russian sentences.

## Lists and enumerations

Margarita objected to over-listing: repeated chains like “дыхание, кожа, ладони, грудная клетка…” or “чашка, кухня, кожа…” become mechanically rich but stylistically poor.

Use lists only when they genuinely land:

- a beautiful historical/perfumery accumulation;
- a deliberate rhythmic trance wave;
- a technical map that needs detail;
- a sensory crescendo.

Good example that Margarita liked:

> Коричное дерево занимает своё место спокойно и почти скромно, храня внутри коры тот самый тёплый аромат, ради которого люди веками прокладывали торговые пути, пересекали моря, искали специи, смолы, древесину, дым, сладость и огонь.

When a list feels mechanical, convert it into a richer image:

- “аромат проступает, как рисунок на старой бумаге…”
- “пять мешков коры — пять характеров одного материала”
- “композиция рождается как дипломатия между природой и нормой”

## Negation and AI-sounding contrast

Margarita strongly dislikes formulaic AI contrast structures:

- “это не X, а Y”
- “не как X, а как Y”
- “не потому что X, а потому что Y”
- “это не…, это…”

Ordinary Russian negation is allowed. Do not strip all “не/без/нет”. The issue is the *formulaic contrast*, not the words themselves.

If a negation-based contrast feels genuinely necessary and beautiful, ask Margarita first before inserting it.

## Metaphors and ontology

- Prefer **ворота** over “дверь” for thresholds/access metaphors because the product is **Cosmos Luminosity Gateways**.
- Do not say the body “understands” in cognitive terms. Body language should be: чувствует, воспринимает, ощущает, узнаёт через ощущения, считывает телесно.
- Nature is living, lush, wild, breathing, abundant, rhythmic. Do not call nature “точная” as if it were mathematics. Precision belongs to craft, hands, perfumery, specification, dosing, discipline.
- Avoid overusing “позвоночник”; use “ось”, “опора”, “форма”, “внутренняя ось” when appropriate.

## Precision of images

Margarita catches vague referents. Specify the material:

- “внутренний ароматный слой коры”, not just “внутренний слой”;
- “молодые побеги коричного дерева”, not just “побеги”;
- explain what knowledge means: “по цвету, по изгибу, по сухости, по состоянию материала”, not “много знания”.

If using craft metaphors like “надрез”, check the felt tone. It can be too harsh. A softer CL translation:

> Где мой внутренний материал требует такого точного бережного прикосновения-движения, после которого форма начнёт раскрываться сама?

## Sequence for perfume/material AudioBoosts

1. Start in the material world: place, climate, plant, craft, hands, time.
2. Include key source-specific details so the AudioBoost carries the book’s perfumery knowledge, not generic symbolism.
3. Let the psychological state emerge from the material process later.
4. Keep the listener guided throughout.
5. End with one concrete integration question or action.
